Beijing Organizing Committee, The Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) is charged with the organization of the 2008 Olympic Games. The President of BOCOG is Liu Qi and there are now 30 departments and 4,000 staff under the BOCOG umbrella. It was established on December 13th, 2001, five months after Beijing won the right to host the 2008 Games.http://en.beijing2008.cn/ The Beijing Organizing Committee\'s has both international and domestic legal council, Morrison & Foerster and King & Wood PRC Lawyers respectively in order to handle its corporate affairs and protect intellectual property rights. On the 28th of January 2008 BOCOG took control of the Watercube.[1]
